@SteveBroach I don’t know how they can hold small children to account for their attendance anyway? Surely it’s the parents that get them up and there on time 😂 that’s my thoughts but I have an autistic son who has a lot of school anxieties and 100% attendance has never happened for us

As school begins in England, periodic reminder that schools which choose to reward 100% attendance without equally rewarding disabled children who cannot achieve this for disability related reasons may well be breaching the Equality Act and the Human Rights Act
