@GreenMotionUK do NOT use this co. Waited over an hour outside at Edinburgh to get to the front of the queue, told I needed two types of photo ID unless I wanted to pay an extra £100. Got someone to bring my passport - then told to wait in the 1hr+ queue AGAIN! WORST service.

@Ryanair took my bag from me to put in the hold at the gate despite not wanting to... now waiting OVER AN HOUR for my bag. Still no sign of any of them. Missed my train. An hour til the next one. Absolutely raging 😡 spent longer waiting for my bag than on the flight!
