With the current focus on cost savings leading to collapsing of roles, merging of functions, expectations from all roles no longer remain the same.

The metaphorical North Star for a product manager is no longer just delivering value but delivering innovation

Weaving through the distractions and keeping a keen eye on what truly sparks creativity and innovation is a must

Being a product manager is not just about ticking off tasks, but about leading the charge towards groundbreaking solutions. And this thinking is being called to action more than ever.

Incremental scope of work will soon stop being satisfactory, and teams will be pushed to think big, if they already aren’t.

@ilobb1 Which is worse? Officials getting it wrong in the real-time split second, or VAR getting it wrong because humans that interpreted it are not consistent? Either way imho the problem is the standard of human not AI. The premier league refs are *so* poor considering the importance

Follow it up with 'why' a couple of times to arrive at the core issue hiding among the symptoms
