@JackKuhr He should do his homework: Building ISS took 36 Shuttle flights + 6 Russian launches. A NASA manager told me that before Columbia crash a flight cost $360 million> 36*400 ~ 14 billion. So maybe 20 % of total cost.

Deploying the Starlab space station will require an operational Starship and a new fairing for the rocket.
We asked Starlab's CEO Marshall Smith about the $90M Starship contract.
"SpaceX has a contract to go land on the surface of the Moon by '28. We just have to go to orbit. We're already doing that."
"So the biggest thing we gotta do now is deal with the fairing, which is in work. I have no doubts or qualms at all that we will be there."
Our FLIP rover is now attached to @astrobotic hardware! FLIP was recently stacked and integrated onto the cone and ramps of the Astrobotic Griffin lander, the roverโs ride to the Moon.
Great news for European Human Spaceflight:
"Thomas Pesquet will serve as Commander for Vastโs private astronaut mission to the International Space Station".
Pending who will command Ax-5, Pesquet could become the first Non-former-NASA Astronaut to Command a PAM mission (this used to be a requirement under the previous administration).
"ESA Reserve Astronaut Arnaud Prost is intended to serve as a flight test engineer on the first crewed mission and flight acceptance test for Haven-1".

But Israel bombed it anyway.
