The way I understand it, though it’s definitely not his preference, this gentleman even offered to work with them so long as they would cover the FULL expense of moving his home, and they disingenuously offered him an amount that didn’t come close to doing so.

I’m sure he’d rather stay right where he’s at, and should be allowed to do so, but the fact that he still gave that good faith offer and was met with bad faith, in my opinion says all you need to know about the people he’s being forced to fight in court.
