@northernassist trying to claim delay repay for a journey on 30/11/25. It has been deemed unsuccessful. I have sent info re train late from Sunderland to Newcastle meaning I missed connection to york and subsequent connection to Newton abbot. Can you please advise how to appeal.
@GWRHelp I have applied for refund due to disruption for journey on 30/11/25 and return cancellation 4/12/25. I have had it returned as unsuccessful. Is there anyway I can speak to someone to discuss this? Many thanks
