@LNRailway If you could also arrange for someone to make an announcement to all the people on the train that can actually be heard that would be helpful? There is no one on the platform either? And is the train only stopping at Crewe? Some of the signs suggested that but
no announcements?

Have had to leave car behind in order to get to an appointment. Shouldn’t there be a procedure or plan for situations like this?
