I'm trying really hard to balance work and learning which has been my passion now for many years. I was doing well but the impact of my illness on the quality of my work has taken its toll. The everyday taken for granted assumptions around being able to focus is now challenged.

Thanks to all those who completed the questionnaire for my pilot research. It's been the most enjoyable piece of learning I've been involved in ever!! Its now completed, although not as good as I wanted it to be, due to being ill, but I'm bouncing back.

My health diagnoses are Neuroendocrine Cancer and NAFLD Cirrhosis of the Liver.
I'm currently in receipt of Octreitide injection therapy once a month.
I require a Sleeve Gastrectomy.
