@Ryanair you oversold our flight today and closed check in early !!! We were denied boarding … ground staff have told us you have our seats away !!! That is theft and that is immoral … I want contact asap

@Ryanair just had to stand for over 20 minutes in very cold temperatures waiting to board the 1810 from Cologne to Manchester … boarding commenced before steps had been given to incoming plane … your member of cabin crew “nothing to do with us ! It’s the airport” … terrible !!
