Today marked the first day of our annual in-person Executive Committee meeting in Bangkok, Thailand! 🇹🇭✨
While we connect virtually every month, this once-a-year gathering allows us to meet face-to-face, strengthen our strategies, share updates from each region, and engage in valuable training sessions. This afternoon, we held the first EXCO meeting, diving into key discussions on next steps and planning for the future of HomeNet International.
Looking forward to the impactful conversations and collaboration that lie ahead! 💬

🌍✨ WTO Public Forum Highlight ✨🌍
We're proud of our International Coordinator, @JanhaviDave, who spoke at the #WTOPublicForum on the importance of inclusive trade policies!
💬 "Policies need to extend to all workers across the supply chains, especially for homeworkers and waste-pickers at the bottom of the pyramid. Trade policies need to speak to each other across sectors and, most importantly, engage in dialogue with informal economy workers while developing policies." Let’s push for trade policies that ensure fair treatment for ALL workers!
