Happy to announce that our PhD student Jens Oppliger won this year’s prize for the best experimental master thesis at @UZHPhysics, founded by @DECTRIS_News. Jens introduced a novel measurement protocol for STM-QPI studies and application of #machinelearning for XRD data de-nosing

I was happy to find the latest edition of the SPS Communications in the post this morning. Especially as the cover has a picture of @NBC_neutron and Daniel Mazzone that I took at @ILLGrenoble. Daniel has written a nice overview of recent cuprate studies with uniaxial pressure.
