@TUIUK We made our TUI booking a long time ago, Sun Express flights!! am trying to book seats but not possible as Sun Express do not have my flight booking!! I have contacted them several times and once again they have confirmed you have not sent the booking information to them!!
@SunExpress An trying to speak with Customer Service re booking seats for our TUI holiday in October. Once again I have gone through all the information and the lady has cut me off!! We are silver members, very poor service!!
@TUIUK Just checked in for our flight from Edinburgh to Antalya with Sun Express. Once again our paid seats have been moved from row 5 to the back of the plane (not even together). This happened last year also!! I have phoned Sun Express to ask for refund but getting nowhere!!!!!
@SunExpress If a holiday to Turkey is cancelled by TUI you MUST refund the seats. TUI are looking into this for me! Ali from Customer Services in Turkey said you do not refund seats!! I shall await further investigation from TUI
@SunExpress We were given the opportunity to cancel our Turkey holiday with TUI, we are getting a full refund. I was told to contact you regarding the refund for our booked seats. I phoned and spoke to a guy called Ali in Turkey. He has refused and told me to contact TUI!
@TUIUK Our flight times have been changed with our TUI holiday to Turkey and we were given the opportunity to cancel, we cancelled and were told to phone Sun Express to get a refund for booked seats. Sun Express are refusing to refund the money!! What can we do?

@on_lothianbuses Your drivers are always so helpful. Our driver on the number 12 today from Mayfield Road to Lothian Road was exceptional. We picked up this bus around 11.10am, managed to copy the reg before bus moved away SF17 VNL
@SunExpress please note when you book your seats in advance they are changed on check in! This is happening to other pax also!I have asked for a refund but Sun Express refuse and you can't reply to their 'no reply email'. For info you can email their CEO Max Kownatzki instead!
@TUIUK Our holiday was booked through Tui, Sun Exp flights!! We booked seats months ago and have just found out Sun Exp were given the wrong dates for our holiday so the seats we booked do not exist.Tried all of yesterday to sort but Tui are not interested! Double check bookings!
@TUIUK Hi, I am checking in for our flight tomorrow with Sun Express from Edinburgh to Dalaman. Our seats were all booked on 12th May. We are being asked to pay for our seats which I rejected and carried on checking in assuming our seats would be 4C/D. Seats are now 22D/E Help!!
@easyJet This is the queue at Athens airport! Our flight to Edin was cancelled at 3am, after a few hours sleep in a hotel we have arrived back at airport 9am for our 12.45 flight! No chance we will make this!!
@easyJet After you canx our Athens to Edin flight in the early hours due to broken air cond unit we have just arrived at your chosen hotel 1 hour from airport, 4.30am. Only choice today is Athens-Bristol-Edi (9hours). WHY can't we go home on the direct flight when aircraft fixed?

@easyJet We are in Athens awaiting our flight to Edinburgh EZY3226, we are now over 2 hours late! Luggage has been taken off the aircraft but no communication whatsoever! Is this flight cancelled? Many elderly and children waiting in the heat, it's now 2.03am!! Please help us ๐
@virginmedia I did this on Tuesday (I have a ref number)as there was no communication from Resolutions/Customer Services in Wales which was promised. My bill (as confirmed on 10 January should be ยฃ78 for April, now showing ยฃ140!! Resolutions sorted but failed to send amended contract!
@virginmedia New contract taken out in January. Monthly bill still showing wrong amount. Have phoned several times, calls are put through to the Philippines. Still not sorted and the bill gets higher and higher every time I call! Now ยฃ62 more than it should be! Who can I talk to?
