Complained to @ShowcaseCinemas because I was encouraged on their website to pre-pay popcorn and drinks, cost £25 only to find them priced at £12 total in the cinema when I arrived. Their response? I’ve passed your email to someone who might think about changing it at some point.

@SouthLanCouncil 360l bin destroyed by collection within months of getting it. Replaced with 240l bin “temporarily” until new 360l ordered. Over 4 months later still waiting and now my emails are being ignored by land services. Why hasn’t my bin been replaced?

@BiffaService been told our broken recycling waste bin will be replaced 4 times now and it’s still not been done. Bin has no lid. Cardboard is getting wet so we have to keep the bin in our shop doorway. Not a good look for a cake shop. Was told someone would call me back Monday!!

@DVLAgovuk sent 2 v5c log books for change of address 2 months ago and haven’t had them back. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Checked date of last v5c issue and still showing old dates for both.

@NicolaSturgeon I understand easing restrictions takes time but an indication of when weddings will be allowed would be helpful for the many wedding suppliers who don’t know when they will be able to resume work. We have couples postponing for dates they may not need to.
