With 16 spots it could be 6 groups of 6 in the qualifying playing 5 home and 5 away. Top 2 in each qualifying plus 4 3rd-placers

@MaxBretosSports 56 is cleaner than 48. 64 could work but at some point the tv windows cap out.
48: 12 groups, 24 matches per rd, 4 matches each for 6 days.
56: 14, 28 matches per rd, 4 for 7 or 5 for 4 and 4 for 2.
64: 16, 32, likely 4 for 8 or 6 for 2 and 5 for 4.

@Braylon_Breeze How much was Fox paying for the Bundesliga before? If they can get The CW or Ion to carry matches, it might be worth it for exposure if the money isn't there. You'd think FOX would have some interest again with Euro 2028 coming soon.
