@benmyers29 Also one of the few places glass block can do well. Acts as privacy, provides natural light to dark or inaccessible rooms. Little to no maintenance should another house be built next door. Also, good way around can be a sunroom of sorts with a privacy wall inset.

@danielfoch Until its fully interconnected to use each car as a packet on the highway internet, it will be of minimal impact. I do love it however. would be nice if cars auto sorted into each lane by speed and gps destination.

I'm predicting 3+ rate drops in 6 months, down at least 1% total. In 12 months a busy resale market, 12-18 months tons of new (but yet old) pre-construction launches. '27 and '28 onward prices will climb for condos. Spring '25 onward - Bullish
