What intrinsic value to our daily lives does his show, or any others, actually bring? If every talk show disappeared today, it would have 0% influence in the health, well-being and happiness of my family, my life, my business and my future. And probably most of this country. The trash on networks today has reached an all-time low. We lived great and happily as a society for thousands of years on Earth without opinionated media. It wasn’t needed then. And it isn’t needed now. By the way, I’m Independent. Neither Red nor Blue. I’m for sanity, prosperity, and capitalism — which is what this country runs on.

Don’t be foolish. Be wise. Entirely removing IP law entirely will kill capitalism in America. The only real benefit will be to Big Tech. The solution is not its eradication. It’s in the blanket removal of the body that regulates it. A third party body of independent creative thinkers need to make binding decisions to protect creators. Not an ivory tower of legal minds with zero reality of what it takes to build vision and share it with the world, while still possessing the rights and protections on one’s ingenuity. We are not at your or Elon’s level of success. We need guardrails on our path to get there. But I agree—we must change the current IP authoritarianism. But not with a future state of pure autonomy.
