@MercedesBenz Yes I have and have complained 14/7 and have been told today Mercedes have carried out our review and see no evidence of damage. I have now raised a second complaint. The whole customer experience / journey has been very unsatisfactory.
More poor service from @MercedesBenz not only takes over 4 hours to be recovered when you break down but when they return your car after being fixed it’s damaged. After raising a complaint, I’m told no one is owning up to it. Really #mercedes just add insult to injury.
Took over 10 days for a response to the first complaint. Perhaps a response to another complaint will be quicker. Lesson learnt, don’t buy another Mercedes.

🚨BREAKING NEWS: Huge new FOI revelation in the #LoanChargeScandal raised by @gregsmith_uk in #TreasuryQuestions exposing #HMRC’s 15% settlement deal with large companies in 2015, as reported by Ray McCann to Lord Morse in 2019. All the while ruthlessly persecuting contractors.
Please stop peddling the line @jamesmurray_ldn that former #HMRC Assistant Director Ray McCann was “suggested by Loan Charge campaigners”.
He was never suggested by LCAG. His background would have ruled him out, if you had delivered the “truly independent review” you promised!
'Just when you think you’ve heard the most harrowing story about the #LoanChargeScandal , another tale of suffering comes along and takes your breath away.' THIS is the reality of the #loancharge. From the @yorkshirepost archive.
The Loan Charge is a national disgrace. Ordinary people are being punished by HMRC with full knowledge of the harm it causes — even suicides. This is bigger than the Post Office scandal. It’s not just unjust — it’s deadly. #LoanChargeScandal#HMRC@UKLabour
Exclusive from me & @FayeBrownSky: Four more people affected by the controversial HMRC crackdown known as the "loan charge" have tried to take their own lives in the past 18 months. It comes as MPs criticise the govt's review on the policy as a "betrayal" https://t.co/CiRJ6dsvFZ
@SkyNews@jamesmurray_ldn Hilarious! He sits there straight faced calling the review "Independent" when it's being headed by Ray McCann, a former HMRC Assistant Director in charge of compliance strategy. Yes, truly independent indeed!!!! Joker!
There has been a rise in suicide attempts linked to a HMRC tax crackdown, as MPs criticise the 'sham' review into loan charge schemes.

With @JimHarraHMRC exiting stage left, there's an opportunity to end this without further loss of life. It's been a shambolic cover-up for 20+ years of @HMRCgovuk institutional incompetence. No more suicides and lives destroyed.

Four more people have attempted to take their own life in relation to the loan charge scandal, which has left tens of thousands of contractors facing huge bills for tax their employers should have paid, Sky News has learnt.

How can it be right for a government policy to lead to people feeling like they have no way out and attempt or in some cases succeed to take their own life? #LoanChargeScandal must be fully exposed for all to see.
