@MercedesBenz Yes I have and have complained 14/7 and have been told today Mercedes have carried out our review and see no evidence of damage. I have now raised a second complaint. The whole customer experience / journey has been very unsatisfactory.

More poor service from @MercedesBenz not only takes over 4 hours to be recovered when you break down but when they return your car after being fixed it’s damaged. After raising a complaint, I’m told no one is owning up to it. Really #mercedes just add insult to injury.

Took over 10 days for a response to the first complaint. Perhaps a response to another complaint will be quicker. Lesson learnt, don’t buy another Mercedes.

The #LoanChargeReview terms of reference are a betrayal of the #LoanCHargeScandal victims

The new review ignores:

- HMRC failures
- S684 notices (HMRC are still chasing 14 year + pre loan charge cases)
- APNs
- 275k current users of schemes after the loan charge was introduced
- The role of the promoters (so Doug Barrowman is safe)

Many will have voted for @UKLabour believing their manifesto re a review of the #LoanCharge - not a review of how to pay

Despite this, we have to hope & pray that @Ray_McCann55 can find hope for the 60,000 still impacted by this scandal
