As a web developer and @WestHost customer 20 yrs+. Support has gotten steadily worse. This week I had a complete outage on a site and no response from @whhelp in 48 hours. Thankfully am finalizing the move of 82 sites onto a different host. Glad to goodby to WestHost @jhunsaker
