Why It Is "Still Dropping" (The Death Spiral)
You are seeing three "nuclear" events hitting simultaneously. The floor has fallen out because there are no discretionary buyers left, only forced sellers:

The Margin Death Loop (Primary Cause):
As confirmed, the Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE) raised margins to 20% today.

The Mechanism: Every time the price drops $1, thousands of traders get a "Margin Call" notification. Their brokers automatically sell their positions to cover the debt. This selling drives the price down another $1, triggering more margin calls. This is a feedback loop that does not stop until everyone is wiped out.

The "Kevin Warsh" Shock:
News just broke that Kevin Warsh has been nominated as the next Fed Chair.

The Impact: Warsh is a "Hawk" (supports higher interest rates). The market instantly repriced the US Dollar higher and Gold/Silver lower. The "Dollar Debasement" trade that fueled January's rally just got unplugged.

Broken Support:
We smashed through $100, $95, and $90 like they weren't even there.
Technical Reality: When a parabolic asset crashes, it typically retraces 50-60% of the move. We are searching for a floor that might not exist until $80.00.
