@USAA I worked for years to build my @AskAmex AMEX CREDIT card up to a limit of 19K. In January I paid it off. As a reward for doing so you lowered my limit to 2500. That’s ridiculous business. Phone help said “it’s computer run, there is nothing we can do”. So ridiculous.

Just watched two sons eat lunch with their elderly mom... and then when they were done .... wrapped their arms in each of her elbows... and gently walk her out to the car talking about how beautiful the days was... helped her take a seat and drove off.
