Jason here. For the past several years I’ve worked in water restoration.

I've flipped stuff on and off for years. Now I'm finally taking the leap.

Gave my notice two months ago. They asked me to stay on as a consultant. 30 days left on that.

Since then I bought 4 storage units and crammed them into 2 near our house. One's becoming a showroom the other a stockroom. Already selling on Whatnot and eBay.

Scored a unit with historic furniture and ephemera from New Orleans that we are still working through!

October goal: $10k on Facebook Marketplace. I'll post the wins and the dumb mistakes. Come follow along!

Great show tonight, almost $2800 in revenue in under 2hrs.

Every unit won’t be like this one but it’s been a lot of fun learning the history behind this unit and learning how to sell on live auctions!

Until then we’ve been focusing on live auctions on whatnot! Tonight will be an Ephemera auction with pictures and letters as early as the 1810s!

Successful day! The main unit today where we will stage from is organized and ready to start selling out if!

Best find so far: four solid mahogany doors, 8+ feet tall, carved in Guatemala. Polished them up today and they cleaned up better than I expected.

Still figuring out what they're worth. Any guesses?
