@gaetano_nyc The only time I retained was when I reported in the VP Creative who owned the website. They then hired a VP growth to take over SEO/Content/Paid.

VP Creative was still there as was the CMO. I basically got a 3 month trial with the new VP growth and they ended up keeping me on.
