I absolutely love this episode because as you can see, this is as natural as it can get. Two friends start to have a conversation, gets joined by the third friend, and they joke around, tease each other, but also love and respect each other- together leading to a friendly, natural conversation covering some really important topics. Despite our lack of hair, I hope the young generation can relate to us and our conversations and derive some lessons helpful to their own career.

Can we revisit immunotherapy after progression on first-line chemoimmunotherapy in ES-SCLC? 🤔
In this real-world study (n=151), ICI rechallenge was associated with:
✅ Higher ORR (26% vs 11.8%)
✅ Better disease control (75% vs 47.1%)
✅ Longer PFS2 (4.0 vs 2.4 months)
✅ Longer OS (9.4 vs 6.2 months)
While prospective validation is still needed, these data suggest that selected patients who initially benefited from immunotherapy may still derive benefit from an ICI-based approach beyond progression

🔵 New in @NatureMedicine: vaping after quitting raises lung cancer risk (Korean cohort, 4.5M)
☣️Risk vs complete quitters:
• Incidence aHR 1.56 (1.24–1.97)
• LC death aHR 2.00 (1.28–3.15)
For clinicians: go for complete cessation, not a switch to e-cigs!!
