South Wales Police have told officers to record ‘anti-Islam’ conversations. Anything not considered to be a ‘legitimate criticism’ of Islam can be logged against your name. Britain is turning into Tehran, says Khadija Khan

@deuxvingarian A little taste of what they probably had in mind, from Germany.
"Well, he kindly stopped stabbing after 5 times and the German citizen he stabbed didn't die. See? He's not so bad. Let him go and hand him a passport, why not?"

🇩🇪 Nikita Miller, a German comedian, was nearly killed by a migrant who attacked him inside Bremen Central Station.
His attacker was released on the same night as the attack.
Nikita later explained that the court stated that the migrant “no longer posed any danger.”
What’s more, the charge was reduced to bodily harm instead of attempted murder, which Nikita said was because the court argued that the migrant had stopped the assault before killing him.
Nikita told the court he only survived the attack because he fought back, and that the migrant only stopped once the blade broke off.
During the attack, Nikita suffered five serious stab wounds, including a 15 cm wound to his head.
He later told the German news outlet Express that the suspect was granted German citizenship despite the attack.
The comedian has since moved to Norway, saying that if anything were to happen to his wife or family, he would not want to deal with the German criminal justice system again.
“I won’t survive it a second time,” he said.
@elonmusk Check out this horrendous arsehole with a microphone. James O'Brien is the worst kind of arrogant shithead around. Apparently, he figures the Henry Nowak case shows how the police is now less racist, which he believes is the actual reason people are upset.

“They hate the fact that police no longer treat ethnic minorities as the wrong ‘un”
James O'Brien thinks he’s worked out why certain people are so ‘outraged’ by Henry Nowak’s death.
South Wales Police is enforcing its own bespoke Islamic blasphemy law — and it won’t be the only force to do so.
When the FSU warned that the Government’s official definition would silence legitimate criticism of Islam, some accused us of being hysterical.
Our warning has been vindicated time and again.
South Wales Police is now effectively enforcing a blasphemy code, with officers instructed to record speech that goes beyond what they regard as “legitimate discussion” of Islam.
But what constitutes “legitimate discussion” of Islam in a country that abolished blasphemy laws in 2008? And why should officers at South Wales Police have the power to decide what may and may not be said about Islam and Muslims?
The Government’s official definition of Islamophobia — now repackaged as “anti-Muslim hatred/hostility” — was a gilded invitation for public bodies to go even further with their own definitions and guidance.
The result is legal uncertainty. Individuals cannot know whether their lawful speech or beliefs will be recorded by the police, nor how any resulting record may be retained, used or disclosed.
If an officer decides that someone has crossed the line of what they consider “legitimate” debate about Islam and Muslims, the police will, in all likelihood, record it as an anti-social behaviour incident.
That record could then appear on an enhanced DBS check and cost someone a job.
We will inevitably see women who describe the burka as a tool of oppression logged alongside those who criticise halal food or public prayer events.
Most concerning of all, the policy will deter people from speaking out on sensitive issues — from the grooming gangs scandal to Islamist extremism — including public officials and journalists, for fear of acquiring a black mark against their name.
The Free Speech Union has written to South Wales Police demanding that it withdraw this guidance. If it refuses, it has been warned that judicial review proceedings will follow.

@Grummz This is another way legacy media will lie to you, by making it exceedingly easy for readers to misunderstand.
They'll pretend otherwise, but its not a coincidence they picked a photo where he looks shifty, while holding something that may be the knife mentioned in the headline.
As Henry Nowak bled to death, the final words he heard were not of comfort or even concern.
It was the Yookay Police reading him his rights as they arrested him for "racism".
What the actual hell is this country.
Belgian Court Rules Facts Can Be Hate Speech:

Finally we arrive at hate speech laws being used to make certain types of knowledge forbidden if it may be upsetting or otherwise inconvenient to the state. Being true is no excuse! Mussolini approves.

A very sad announcement.
I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration.
In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least.
Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration.
In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence.
Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.”
That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth.
Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration."
You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible.
Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it.
The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration.
Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail.
Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win.
If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM.
If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.
Imagine being this juror:
"The videoes don't prove the officers were assaulted!"
"She is obviously just pretending!"
"I fully believe they insulted his mother!
"Their reaction was entirely warranted!"
"I don't think they're guilty of any charges!"
"They're victims of racism!"
🤡
I reckon a couple people on the jury got pretty redpilled by this.
Imagine having a case this open and shut but your fellow jurors won't convict because of tribal allegiances.
You sit there for 8 days and you're unwilling to change your mind because, well, it's obvious...
For as long as I’ve been alive, academics have been trying to portray testosterone as a kind of demon elixir. Allegedly causing egoistic, cruel, aggressive and violent behaviours. One of those "well obviously" things, despite never being all that obvious.
https://t.co/CNWklxwk6Z
Giving testosterone to women makes them more fair, just, and reasonable. TELLING them that you've given them testosterone makes them assholes. What does this tell you about who men really are... and how women PERCEIVE them?
Feminism has always primarily been about manufacturing a certain perception. Doesnt matter how often something is proven false, when feminists choose to believe it. Things that either hasnt been true for decades or never were true in the first place, will remain feminist gospel.
For decades, we’ve endured a relentless cultural campaign of blaming and shaming men to “do more” at home. It seems to have worked spectacularly. Yet the public narrative refuses to update. Instead of celebrating this progress, media outlets, academics, and social-media scolds keep hammering the same tired message: dads are lazy, absent, and insufficient. I see articles and memes daily still shaming and blaming men to “step up” while framing women as victims. It’s time to retire the guilt trip.
"The cultural tropes about Dads being disinterested are being demolished one study after another.” @RichardvReeves tells Evie. “We've seen an astonishing shift in fatherhood in the real lives of American families, one that directly contradicts much of the current cultural gender commentary.”

Really impressive that these researchers found an objective way to measure professor quality, so they could prove higher ratings for men are due to bias. What’s that? They just assumed it’s bias? Oh.
Apparently UNESCO believes education is not fair to women before men are behind in every single metric.
- When men are behind they're simply underachieving even when its due to quantifiable discrimination.
- When women are behind it must be discrimination even when none exists.
Women now outnumber men in higher education globally.
Yet important gaps remain. Women continue to be underrepresented at doctoral level and hold only around one quarter of senior leadership positions in academia.
Progress is real, but achieving equality in leadership, research and decision-making remains essential.

@JamesLNuzzo@DavidMaywald Funny how when men earned more than women, this was described as a pay gap. Implying men were simply given more for no reason. However, now on the flip side it's become women outearning men, since the work of women is worth more. One is discrimination while the other is deserved.
@Bonkytheidiot The concept of "The Patriarchy" evaporates once you understand women consider men an out-group, while men do not consider women an out-group. Thus, the alleged patriarchs do not actually prioritise men above women. Patriarchy is just an inverted mirror image of a feminist utopia.
UK leftists are now so extreme they’re currently in the process of justifying murder as an understandable mistake the dead victim aught to take blame for. Allegedly this young man trying to escape the knife wielding maniac must have said something so bad his death was quite fair.
🚨NEW: An 18-year-old Southampton university student, Henry, has died after being repeatedly stabbed by 23-year-old Vikrum Digwa

Feminism didn’t just change what women believe. It changed how they interpret reality.
