@SlackHQ thanks for the follow up. I had that setting prev checked, and still do. that setting is what I want, regardless of read/unread status sort based on alpha. here's what is currently happening (messages seem to have a sort based on unread status > alpha > read status > alpha)
hey @SlackHQ seems like there was an update ~2 weeks ago that now "smart" sorts messages, starting with Unread in alphabetical, then Read in alphabetical. The action of reading changes the sort. This is super frustrating as someone who constantly X's convos and can't be changed
