@VerizonSupport There’s no turning my experience around. It took around 9 hours of phone calls to get two simple upgrades, not even including my own. And all I got was a 35$ fee waived. Great company. 👍🏻

@Verizon severely disappointed me. 15 years a customer, I spend 9 hours on the phone this week because of their mistakes and they take the 35$ activation fee off my wife’s new phone. I don’t even get a good upgrade. Better off leaving for a few years. 🤷🏻‍♂️
