Here is a short movie clip of using ICE for ablation of AVNRT. If you already have the ICE in the body during a complex catheter ablation, should the patient develop AVNRT, go ahead and take advantage of ICE.

Interesting zero fluoro PVI with cryo. Great freezes looked isolated until I checked veins with HD grid. EGM is on HD but nothing on circular. Voltage map showed signal in anterior LSPV. Another LSPV freeze completely isolated the vein. #hdgrid #Abbott #zerofluoro
