@72sarwoo @AvantiWestCoast They’ve asked your son to see staff at Carlisle, so they can assist him. they’ve also confirmed replacement buses have been arranged. What else would you like them to do? I get being so far away is daunting but what else could they do?

@GWRHelp we’re on the delayed 17:00 from Parson Street to Taunton. Any idea why the trains going slower than normal on approach to stations. 20 minutes late almost at Bridgwater onboard updates not very helpful

@GWRHelp Hiya Rose thank you for responding. The train manager was making updates just couldn’t tell us the reason. Then on approach to Taunton they said the train was minus one engine which was why we were delayed on exiting the train at Taunton the announcements were saying it was 1/2

@GWRHelp I’m on the delayed 18:00 from parson st to Taunton. There is an issue with the announcements in carriage B very distorted. Near seats 87/88

@GWRHelp hey guys currently onboard the 18:00 from Parson Street to Taunton. On time as is normal so thank you. However First Class Disabled toilet taped up out of use and no trolly service. I don’t often use first class but wandering what I pay the extra for exactly!

@BusesOfSomerset Not only are we on the delayed 17:25 21A from Taunton the driver is driving past stops even though bells are being rung in plenty of time and driving like he’s on a racetrack. He seriously needs monitoring.
