@LGUSSupport Absolutely wild that a TV that costs $1400 has a motherboard issue just 3 years after purchase. My LG OLEDCX, purchased in 2021, turns off randomly and a technician is claiming it's an issue with the motherboard.

@AskKlarna Absolute joke of a company. I received a refund after a merchant dispute but it’s been 2 weeks and no refund was processed. Customer support told me “refund is stuck” and has been escalated, but no timeline. It’s been a week now.
