Der große Staatsangriff auf die Meinungsfreiheit

Ich habe jetzt alle öffentlich bekannten Äußerungen gelesen (Welt, SZ, BILD usw), die angeblich in dem geheimen Dossier über die AfD stehen. Vieles davon ist böse überspitzt, manches ist geschmacklos, manches aggressiv, manches ist vollkommen zutreffend und harmlos, manches ist in anderer Wortwahl ("Remigration") die erklärte Politik der alten und der neuen Bundesregierung ("Abschiebung im großen Stil", "jede Woche Flieger"). Nichts von dem, was an AfD-Äußerungen öffentlich bekannt ist, bewegt sich auch nur ansatzweise im Bereich der (gewaltbereiten) Verfassungsfeindlichkeit, vieles ist frustriertes Umgangsdeutsch, wie es von Millionen Menschen formuliert wird. Alles, was öffentlich bekannt ist, ist vollkommen eindeutig von der Meinungsfreiheit gedeckt. Der eigentliche Skandal hier ist, dass ein Geheimdienst unzählige Aussagen sammelt und zu einem Geheimdossier zusammenstellt, die klar unter das Grundrecht der Meinungsfreiheit fallen. Tino Chrupalla wird in dem Geheimdossier sogar vorgeworfen, er habe "Politiker der etablierten Parteien verunglimpft", so die SZ, was sein allerbestes Recht im politischen Wettbewerb ist. Die Geheimjustiz von Nancy Faeser und Verfassungsschutz richtet sich nicht einfach gegen die AfD, sondern gegen scharfe, polemische Migrationskritik insgesamt, also gegen Millionen Bürger. Das größte und gefährlichste politische Versagen des letzten Jahrzehnts in scharfen Worten zu kritisieren, soll aus der Meinungsfreiheit herausgelöst und kriminalisiert werden. Was wir erleben, ist der größte Angriff auf die Meinungsfreiheit, den es von einer Bundesregierung jemals gegeben hat. Wer sich daran beteiligt, wäre in einem funktionierenden System selbst ein Fall für den Verfassungsschutz. Es lohnt sich, die Beispiele aus der SZ zu lesen. Man kann die Wortwahl entschieden ablehnen (oder nicht), aber wenn das ein Fall für den Geheimdienst sein soll, haben wir bald wieder Spitzel an den Kneipentischen dieses Landes. Was gerade geschieht, ist eine Staatskrise, eine schwere Krise der Bürgerrechte. Der Staat will die Meinungsfreiheit, wie sie seit 75 Jahren existiert, beenden.
