@Niva_Bupa my health reimbursement claim has been rejected stating that hard copy of all the papers are required inspite of sending all the hard copies.

@PBHelpDesk i have been trying in vain since last 10-12 days to get the update of my reimbursement claim of Niva Bupa.

Have been getting pathetic response.

@PBHelpDesk it’s really very sorry state of services a customer is getting, i had submitted my documents for claim on 10th July and after repeated follow-ups that claim was forwarded on 21st and now today my claim status is showing not payable.
