My spouse is a physician in the emergency dept, and is actively treating #coronavirus patients. We just made the difficult decision for him to isolate & move into our garage apartment for the foreseeable future as he continues to treat patients. (1/5)
Coronavirus has exposed our built-in callousness toward the elderly. "70? They had a pretty good run." But if you reach 70, your life expectancy is 85—the difference between knowing a grandchild at 10, say, and at 25. Old years matter as much as young years. Every year matters.

@folkersjaelynn I love the wireless headphones by jabra! They have the different size tips you can choose from so they fit super snug in your ear! They also have an option to either hear the noise around you or not.
This is Oatie. He’s just making sure you’re doing alright. There’s a lot going on right now so if you’d like a hug or maybe a snuggle he’s available. 12/10
The fires in Australia have burned about 23,000 square miles. Here's a map with a red area that's also about 23,000 square miles - it's about the same as burning up nearly the entire KCRG-TV9 viewing area.

I’ve experienced both a fixation on an “ideal” race weight & form and had the most string of serious injuries (~ 7 or more) in three years that I’ve ever had. I’ve removed myself from that programming & way of thinking and haven’t seen an MRI or imaging machine in over 15 months.
This is Bennie. He was hit by a car as a puppy and lost both his back legs. Today, his owner added skis to his assistive cart, and he couldn't be happier. 14/10
