#ESGO2025

[René Pareja @RParejaGineOnco]

I do agree !
Every single study on "topic treatments" for HPV infection, should be based in an spontaneus clearance rate of 90%, and in strong clinical outcomes such as CIN2+ regression/clearence
The "compound", whatever it be, must demonstrate a superior clearance rate, and histological confirmed action
Surrogated outcomes as:
-Short follow-up periods
-Cytological outcomes( LSIL,ASC-US)
-IHC outcomes
All of them together, mean nothing in well done science
DO NOT BITE THE BAIT !
Early 2025 a critical review will be done here on main articles on the issue
Do not miss it
You will get surprised !
