नई education policy कहती है कि अगर आपने course 2yr में छोड़ दिया है, तो आपको diploma मिलेगा,और 4 yr कर लिया तो degree.मतलब सरकार accept कर रही कि degree वाले diplomaके सारेcriteria fulfill करते हैं। then आप degree वालों को JE के लिए नही रोक सकते

Now the supreme court has cleared in its decision that higher qualification nust not be a hurdle for lower posts.
Follow the rules of central govt for je posts in railways and through ssc.
Allow btech in UP JE.
