Illogical. And how are laws made post 1947 different from laws made prior to it. And there is no law in derogation with Indian constitution, every law is in consonance with Swadeshi Indian Constitution.

The law must be just, fair and reasonable, a law shouldn't be opposed only because it is old. There are practices which are thousand years old yet effective.
