The @NASCAR race at Nashville last night absolute cinema! Must see tv. I felt better about not starting @dennyhamlin in fantasy after he jumped the start and then he had to go mess around and win the race. Great run.
Just sat and watched the truck series race for 10 minutes before I realized the race was delayed and I was watching a replay
Nashville would be a great race to go to though.
@keselowski Brad, I met you in 2024 at Daytona. I had you sign a onesie for the daughter we were expecting and is now about to turn 15 months old. You were the only driver I met that shook my hand and gave me a heartfelt “congratulations.” For that I will always be grateful.
He was the closest thing we had to a Dale Sr since Dale passed. I think everyone would agree with that. Now to see Brexton racing with Wyatt and Kyle in photos with @EarnhardtKelley just brings it all full circle. RIP Kyle. You will be greatly missed
I’ll never forget @KyleBusch . He was my first NASCAR nemesis. When he and @DaleJr got together in the closing laps of Richmond, I was furious. But the guy was a winner. He was what the sport needs. He told you how it was and didn’t care if you liked it.
Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race.
Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.
Severe storms, hail, potential tornadoes here in southern Wisco tonight. My poor truck is getting pummeled with hail while my tractor is safely inside the garage.
Priorities
@tevordoley22 There is not a better way to tell me that I don’t need to be using my time on earth to be talking to you if you are going to critique his guitar skills. Seriously. Full stop 😂😂😂
Just wanted to let @NWSMilwaukee those alerts we get on our phones about severe weather are very effective. Woke me from a dead sleep, which is not an easy task. Keep up the good work
