@BarryOnHere FWIW: This is a very revealing product. Perhaps those lower Brady numbers reflect the fact the AFC East really wasn't that competitive during those seasons, and his team went up against better defenses in the playoffs. Just a thought; I could be wrong.
@smada1984@MaxNordau What if you're a pacifist and are obligated to wear a camouflage-patterned jersey for Memorial Day? Could the same "forced virtue signaling" arguement apply here?
Concur that corporate virtue signaling for any reason isn't great, but it's MLB's right to do so.
@EODHappyCaptain This is a good practice. I lost a small container of challenge coins during a PCS; some of them were really meaningful. Hope whoever has them appreciate them.
@armstrongtimes Would folks react the same way if they wrote Bible verses on Military Appreciation Uniforms?
MLB is a business that can do whatever it wants. Don't like it? Don't watch it.
@katrosenfield This case doesn't fit your argument. MLB is a business and not a govt entity. It has set uniform rules for its franchises. Employees who violate uniform rules are subject to penalty. Same rule would apply if players altered uniforms during military appreciation games.
@JDVance Mr. Vice President, if a business wants to have a Pride Night, it's their prerogative. There's no need for the government to get involved.
And being a former Marine, I'm sure you understand the penalties that come with violating uniform regulations.
Focus on Iran; not this.
It doesn’t cost anything extra. The jets have to fly anyway, and do this exercise anyway, and the hours are already funded. They are training. So, instead of hitting a point on a map at a specific time for the 50th time, they move it to a stadium once in a while & make the time coincide with the end of the anthem..
