My first printer was a qidi x-max, after replacing and upgrading half the parts in it, it works decent but slow. I also own a Bambu x1c and it has been great, every print just works right out of the box, all I’ve changed is the build plate. Would you say the new qidi printers are on this level or is the still lots of tweaking required? I’d rather not be stuck in the Bambu ecosystem..
I’d recommend some of both grades of tools.. For the key tools you’re using day in and out, sockets, wrenches, drills, impacts etc, go high quality. Snap-on, MAC, etc. say what you may about being over priced but they are well built and you’ll have them forever. I still have almost all of my original core collection after 20+ years. For lots of other tools, ones that maybe aren’t the work horses, harbor freight has plenty of tools that are decent especially if you get their “premium” lines, and will allow you to grow your collection quicker to have the right tool for the job. That being said, do NOT go deep into debt on the tool truck! That trap can be hard to escape.
This project consumed the last month of my life, and is probably the best sounding audio build I have ever done. We’ll see how the IASCA judges like it!
@LoriMills4CA42 Are you in the US? How did you get a doctor to administer this, or is it an active trial? My brother in law, 46, just got this diagnosis and just completed surgery. They aren’t giving him any options other than the usual chemo/radiation, which just slightly slows it.😏
This was my favorite game for many years as a kid! I played countless hours of this game, mostly over dial up modem to modem connection with one of my best friends. This brings back some great memories! I bet I still have the disc somewhere, i wonder if i can even run it on a modern PC…
Just a couple months ago GROK helped me diagnose my 4 year old daughter with appendicitis! My wife was sure it was just a stomach bug or something, but I had a gut feeling it was the appendix. GROK walked me through some things to check and with my feedback recommended getting medical attention asap. Sure enough, it was about to rupture! Caught it early enough to avoid the worse outcomes. @elonmusk
