After 50 days on the job, visits to every NASA center, a dozen town halls, and reviewing thousands of workforce submissions, it is clear there is much we can do to better empower our people and focus resources on the most pressing objectives.
Getting back to the Moon means getting back to the basics. NASA must regain its core competencies in technical, engineering, and operational excellence, and in doing so, we’ll save up to $1B a year to fund more missions of world-changing science and discovery.
With the directive issued today, we are strengthening the NASA team and executing urgently on the President’s national space policy.
Hard to believe how bad @UHC is! For being one of the largest medical insurance providers dealing with them is like going back to the stone age! If you have a choice, choose ANYTHING but them.

@PNCBank Using your new web interface for the first time today and it's HORRIBLE! Your prior UI was so much better it's hard to express how far backwards you went. You were my favorite banking tool, now you're garbage 😑 Undo the change!
@PNCBank Adding money to a goal went from 3 clicks on 1 page to 7 clicks and from instantly updating on the screen to having to wait for 4 pages to load!

@UPS was to deliver a package today that needed a signature. I signed for it online in advance. That changed the package to be delivered tomorrow. These systems are terrible! I'm not employed by Amazon or anything, but damn! Amazon puts these other shipping companies to shame!
@HelpdeskTM___ Thanks Kevin, but I've already called support and spoken to someone and I've already done the DM route which didn't get me any further. At this point it's very clear that @FedEx isn't able to deliver... ya know that thing you're in business to do.
Just a reminder that @FedEx is an absolute garbage company. Once again I get to waste my time driving to pick up my package because their delivery driver didn't even bring the package to my door or ring the doorbell, she took a photo of the package on the truck though...
@FedEx When I get deliveries from @Amazon I not only get much better communication from them, but their customer support when things go wrong has many more options at their disposal. I wish I could choose to ship with Amazon instead of @FedEx
@FedEx After responding to @FedExHelp they weren't able to do anything more than the support person on the phone was. When a @FedEx employee doesn't do their job you, the customer, are expected to spend more of your time and money and fix their mistake for them.
