@British_Airways just had my phone Bill - £35 on ringing 08444930787 in one day. This is your customer service number. I would have booked online but voucher didn’t work. Was put on hold for 40 min. Really disappointed with your customer service and hidden charges.

@British_Airways why is booking with a voucher so difficult? Booking lines are down; voucher doesn’t work on line, phone queue is long. All I want to do is book a flight. I have just been cut off, so time to ring again.
