@AirbnbHelp Thanks for the reply. I’ve spent days in the same loop of “we’ll help” with no action. I won’t DM you again-I did that 3 days ago after a similar response here & was promised a call that never happened. All details are in our open/closed cases. Proceeding under Section 23.3.
