Busy week for Hi-Spec. Started with further @Rakocontrols training, passing our annual @officialniceic inspection with great feedback, presenting MoM after a fab 7-1 win at @flamesicehockey, then ending with first half marathon for Kev today in @fleethalfmarath in 1:54:22.

Audit data is a great source of current state info in A3 thinking, and using A3 can support change and improvement needed for true clinical audit with multiple cycles. Both lead to better px care.
