@comcast your staff is HORRENDOUSLY UNTRAINED. B/F on a call with a woman from the Philippines who has NO IDEA what she is doing/saying. Signal repeatedly distorted & she repeats script that has nothing to do with the problem and her English indiscernible. FIX THIS.

The LaSalle County Coroner has identified the male body found earlier this month as 25-year-old Jelani Day of Bloomington, Illinois through forensic dental identification and DNA testing and comparison. He was reported missing back on August 25th. #JelaniDay
