As a parent who put two kids through college the hard way, this enrages me.

Maryland taxpayers just spent at least $9 million in one year giving discounted in-state tuition to illegal aliens, benefits denied to American citizens from other states. The same policy I called out on the House floor is now in the DOJ lawsuit.

Hardworking Maryland families scrape and sacrifice. Illegal immigrants get the discount. That is not compassion. That is a betrayal of every parent and student who played by the rules and got stuck with a huge bill. Citizens first. Always.
