@British_Airways I have - a month ago, so that doesnโt help really, no, and neither do the regular automated emails saying youโre dealing with a high level of complaints and will get to it eventually. That, in itself, should surely point to the level of customer service being provided right now?
@British_Airways@British_Airways I believe we are now re-booked but only after a one hour twelve minute phone call, most of it spent on hold because, despite explaining the situation, I was told no one could remedy and then email/ phone us back, I had to hold. Shocking.
