Jet Blue such a disappointing experience. Flight canceled, (not for weather) rescheduled for the next day, stranded in Orlando, 6 Hour hold with customer service no resolution, and finally a two hour delay. Everyone is polite and sorry but no customer service. @JetBlue#jetblue

Optimum parent Altice USA has closed call centers, outsourced customer support and underinvested in existing infrastructure ever since they purchased Optimum years ago.
Over the same time they plowed billions into buying back stock.
@OptimumHelp@optimum So many families without Wi-Fi, TV, and phone service in New York. No estimate on when it will be fixed call customer service has been terrible. But you still took my money yesterday so I guess that system still works.
