Worst service I have ever received from a company. Waited in for field engineer to arrive only to be let down THREE times is disgusting. App has not been working for 5+ months, Verisure just don’t care. Nobody has bothered to call me to resolve
@VerisureUK I’ve never known a company that makes you wait in half a day for an engineer on two separate occasions and not Turn up on either of them. Alarm has not been working properly for months but Verisure do not seem to care. Terrible customer care
@RiuHoteles We are staying at Riu reggae and want to move to Riu palace. We have been told the hotel is full but TUI app clearly states availability. Why can’t we move and pay the difference?

If you are contemplating getting a new alarm system installed I urge you to NOT use VERISURE UK. Absolutely appalling service. Alarm system constantly malfunctioning and engineers who always let you down by not turning up time after time without any notice. Disgusting company
