Motivation is cheap fuel.
It burns bright but fades fast.
Discipline is the engine that never shuts off.
At 4 AM, no one is cheering for you.
There’s no crowd, no likes, no applause.
Just the sound of your alarm
and the decision to rise or roll over.
The men who rise at that hour
forge themselves in silence.
They train when no one sees.
They build when no one believes.
They suffer before the world awakens.
And when the sun rises,
they walk among the undisciplined
with an aura they cannot explain.
Motivation is for starters.
Discipline is for finishers.

And this is the problem with the old political class and this older generation. Kenya needs a complete overhaul from the bottom to the top. If you believe Kalonzo, Eugene, Jimmy Wanjigi or Martha Karua will save you then you use Uji for brains. In fact these people will be worse than Kasongo and most of them are making noise because they don’t have “meat” in their mouths. I don’t know what the young generation will do but we need a complete system overhaul from police to everything.
@Dearme2_ Taking time for yourself and your spiritual well-being is a powerful way to begin each day with intention and clarity.
This practice can help you stay grounded and focused,
Rather than immediately diving into the distractions and demands of the digital world.

Hey @uber_kenya
How do you pay drivers Ksh 284 for airport to town and now even have this weird 80% discount.
Now you make these drivers look dishonest because you have a technology which is efficient to the client but also efficient in exploiting drivers in Kisumu and other areas.
Please respect these drivers.
Pay these drivers better. Also, partner with an insurance firm and add some Ksh 30 per trip to be able to offer each driver health insurance coverage.
Sitting all day in the car is risky to health.
Be humane in your business. You aren’t now.
