@petesfinetweets Unfortunately not. The tactile graphic is something we had made as part of public engagement for people with vision disabilities, but PROWAG doesn't provide any guidance on this topic.

@petesfinetweets This would be supplemental to the requirements of PROWAG and also not prohibited. PROWAG has requirements for the location of push buttons, and the MINIMUM information that they convey (locator tone, vibrotactile info, audible message, and tactile arrow in direction of crossing).

I was happy to attend the Texas Pedestrian Safety Forum to speak about pedestrian accessibility with @gmcazares... Texas needs a lot of assistance on this topic.

Glad this 3d rendering from @tooledesign is getting some more good exposure. Although these types of engagement efforts are more expensive than a plan rendering, it's worth it because the public can better understand the design and provide helpful feedback.
