Then I looked up the Greek word… (with the help of grok) …. anoētoi (ah-NO-ay-toy)

It means unthinking.

Not using what you already know.

I do this more than I want to admit. I’ll already know what needs to be done…

then I’ll buy another coaching program or watch another training and feel like I made progress.

Meanwhile the actual thing stays undone.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop gathering more information and just do what you already know.
